I've been working on this model of my favorite kirin on and off for the past few months. It's been a long process because I'm really focusing on making this model look "pretty", compared to my older pony models. At times I'm unmotivated to go on because I don't even know what I'm putting in all this effort for; I could never use this model for commercial purposes, since it's a copyrighted character. And I'm way too scared to livestream anything.
Animation wise...the head rotation looks really jank but I hope you all like it. 
Next steps:
- (Maybe somehow?) fix the janky head rotation
- Add "hair physics" to make the hair and ears sway as the head moves
- Add breathing movement/tail swish
- Add expressions: horn glow, blush, tongue sticking out (?)
My Live2D Pro free trial expires in 19 days so I need to try to finish it by then

For expressions: Also remember that you can make the ears move and twitch. For sad expressions you can even make them turn fully down!

I wanted the ears to turn fully down but they wouldn’t distort properly. I would have had to add another layer for the downturned ear and do a fade transition. The annoying thing about Live2D is that once you upload your psd file with all the layers, you can’t add new layers, you’d have to reupload and do all your rigging over again…
