Current Status

Well, I've been more or less missing for the past around 4 years, haven't I? In that time, so much has happened, and so much has changed. I have a BS in Computer Science, I have a job as a Software Engineer, I've made friends, I've lost friends. Life has been... busy, and I haven't really done much writing in a long time. However, I do still enjoy MLP, and I'd like to start writing again as I settle in to my new home after graduation. However, my skills have likely suffered and/or changed while I've been gone, so I no longer feel confident in carrying on where I left off. In addition, over the years I've picked up the ability to say 'no' and to know when to throw in the towel on projects. In light of this, I've finally flipped some of my stories from incomplete to cancelled, to reflect my lack of desire to continue them. Additionally, I've flipped 'I'm a Lich and I Know it!' from 'Incomplete' to 'On Hiatus'; as I'm not sure when (if ever) I will return to it, but I do have a desire to touch it again in the future.
I don't know how many- if any- people will see this, as I'm sure many of my old followers have long gone inactive, but I hope to post some new content in the coming months. This time around, I'll likely finish all stories prior to posting their first chapters, so expect regular serialized updates to stories that I do end up posting rather than my old, post-as-I-finish style of my older works. However, as a consequence of that, don't expect anything any time soon... Finishing a story takes a long time, so it may be months or longer before any of those start to get posted.
Anyway, it feels good to kind of reclaim my existence here, and I hope you all end up enjoying things I write!
