Jesus, I didn't think this would happen. Look, long story short, I thought I'd have some time between graduation and internship opportunities to pump out a few chapters of SMoTE and get back to a somewhat regular schedule of updates. I thought it'd take me a few months to find a job, especially with my field of expertise. I mean, what are the odds that some studio was looking for stop motion animators and was so desperate that they'd hire me immediately after one phone call?
High, apparently. So, amazing news, I have a regular internship with a studio and another internship on Thursday nights working for another stop motion animator on a 8-10 minute film. Bad news, this means that SMoTE will be on a longer hiatus. I'm officially changing the story's status to Hiatus for the time being. It's probably for the best too. I didn't like the way things were moving in SMoTE, what with the sudden appearance of some strange dream demon in Skeletor's head, his sudden 180 into his cartoon counterpart's personality, and the many MANY OCs I added to the story who have their own personalities, characteristics, plans, etc. Hopefully I can plot out a more cohesive plan for them to follow now.
Sorry again for this, everybody. I feel like a jackass for posting a blog post that said "Don't worry, it's not dead," only to announce a week later that we're hitting hiatus mode. I can't apologize enough.
You all gave me a lot of positivity and joy during college, helping me move from class to class knowing that there was an audience out there who liked my work. Sorry I couldn't deliver more to you after so long.

The characters had personality....that's the good thing... and it was not a 180, it was a 20. He has memory problems and he is dealing with dark magic soul consumption. I thought you were doing well with explaining everything. It was starting to get complicated, but not much....
