I don't understand your question.
Right now the picture has (among others) the tags "artist:raptor007", "oc:coldtoon" and "oc:knight blitz".

Edit: I just noticed your (?) comment at the bottom of the Derpibooru page.
It seems someone added the tag between then (June 2021) and now.
