Hi everypony.
I've been thinking lately of my previous attempt of a sequel for Broken Steel that i scrapped a couple of chapters in. I still want to do a Dead Money themed side story and events in the early chapters of Influx: Beyond the Adventure have supplied the motivation to bring it back.
Influx: Under the Red Cloud will see Crystal and Fruity going to the Sierra Maredre. The story plan is that while looking for clues to what became of Crystal's mother, they find a letter of invitation for Crystal and her mother to attend the grand opening of the Sierra Maredre casino and resort but only Crystal's ticket remained. They ask around to see if anypony knew where the Maredre was and are directed to a bunker that is supposed to have a map but upon entering they trigger a trap that gasses them and knocks them out. When they wake up their find themselves disarmed and collared by a fountain in a ruined villa and the Sierra Maredre over looking them and the entire area being choked by a thick blood red toxic cloud.
The villain i've decided to make an Enclave researcher called Archimedes that got trapped in the Maredre when his team and security detail crashed into the resort after they unexpectedly flew into the Red Cloud.
While Crystal and Fruity have to work together to accomplish the tasks given to them by Archimedes they will learn more about him and his reasons for what he's done at the Maredre while sticking to their own goal of finding out what happened to Crystal's mother, or, would they fall victim to greed that seems to claim everypony else who winds up at the Maredre.
I will be focusing on this for now on so Beyond the Adventure will be on hold for now. I hope you'll look forward to this and if anypony has any ideas or feedback in regards to this, please let me know.

I am currently writing it, i have a prologue written and chapter one is in the works, i intend to upload with a prologue and chapter 1. I hope you'll enjoy it when its ready.
