My Little Pony: Make Your Mark Review · 2:08am May 27th, 2022
Well today we got the long anticipated special "Make Your Mark." I watched it and I think it is spectacular. In it magic is having issues working and it seems like only one of the Fab Five is really wanting to figure out why, Zipp. This is taking her in a rather unique direction, an amazing direction. When I first saw her in a leaked image, I thought she would be another Rainbow Dash. The movie showed us that despite being athletic, she wasn't another Dash and this makes her seem more like Twilight. I have a strong feeling that she will be the voice of reason among the five and whenever things aren't going quite right, she will be the one to figure out what ain't right.
As it turns out, ponies need to get along to keep the magic good and strong. Now whether this is a Maretime Bay issue only I'm not sure but I have a feeling that Zephyr Heights and Bridlewood may not be home to multiple kinds of ponies, they may be like they were prior to the restoration of magic, pegasi and unicorn populations only. In the past when ponies began to fight like that, the windigoes showed up, in modern Equestria magic will start going haywire and could eventually vanish again and maybe never return.
It seems like there are still some earth ponies out there who resent the pegasi and unicorns because of their magic....Posey especially. Another thing I noticed is it seems like if one earth pony is going off against those with magic, the others are quick to follow despite them realizing that unicorns and pegasi pose no threat to them.
Now one thing a lot of people bitched about the movie was that we didn't have any real bad guy....it looks like we have one now that will cause issues further down the road. One thing I'm curious about though is what happened to Sprout? Was he ran out of town or what?
Worst, Sprout is grounded and was now living with his mommy.
Also, who's that mysterious pony villain anyway and why did she say that magic is hers to begin with?

That is something I am very curious about. Could you imagine if Twilight created the crystals but then turned evil and she is going to be the villain?....and turning evil caused her form to change? I know that would piss so many people in this fandom off but I personally think it would be an amazing twist.

If she became Midnight Sparkle. But the voice doesn't sound like her. It sounded like an older villainess from the classic.

my kind of curious is that what happen to the magic that disappeared in the first place, the magic went haywire when they argue at each other, so how did they lose there magic in the first place? my guess is, it has something to do with that evil Alicorn.
also my other curiousness is the Dragon Egg, who do you think left that there, how long was it there for, and what if the baby dragon could be the descendent of Spike?

I'm guessing that the evil Alicorn likely had something to do with the disappearance of magic and regarding the dragon, I do hope he is his own dragon instead of being related to Spike.

Well it is obviously a baby dragon but I don't think anyone knows his name yet....one thing is certain, Hitch is officially the new Fluttershy.
