Why is Cozy glow the way she is

Okay, so my dumbass doesnt know how to tag people, but Angel Midnight did this to me. After aggressivley looking into phsycological disorders, questioning my mother (a trained professional), and watching all of Season 8+9, I think Ive came up with a solution as to why.

This analysis of Cozy Glow may not be extremley accurate, considering that big ol' Jim Miller himself said that Cozy Glow never really had a back story and was sort of just a throw in character. And so, this is all just based soley on her behavior and other fan theories/ Headcannons and my own.

So, In the episode "Growing up is hard to do" Star Swirl the bearded actually managed to send in a specific magical flower that seemed to have two petals left. Now, according to basic biological standards of plants, I dont think thats possible. But anyway, we actually get to see a total of 5 petals or at least 4 at the max. Well, apparently this flower is pretty much like a disolving lamp. But, we notice that two or three or four, hell maybe even five were already disolved.

But then a thought had occured to me.

"What if Cozy glow was formerly in a full grown or an older mare and then unexpectedly with ignorance wished to be younger."

Ynow like..In the sense of being a child(In this case, a filly) again. Now listen alright..I know, I know..I probably stole this shit or something from the fountain of youth ide or the sky-high ending or such. Yeah, I know, I was that kid of a 2000s kid, I only watched old cartoons/movies from the 90's/80's with my dad (Unrelated shout out to my dad I love him)

But, now, Lets get into the ACTUAL theory. So, heres what I have in my thoughts..Cozy glow was actually ignored and manipulated and left alone which is why she craves to get so many friends and to be so powerful.

She doesnt *want* to be seen as weak but she also wants to make friends, to be loved. She's simply misunderstood.

Despite her more evil nature, she still longed for a friend and upon seeing that the CMC (Cutie mark Crusaders) was willing to be there for her, she decided to stop her plan at conquering Equestria. And became momentarily redeemed. Upon being reformed, she appeared rather nervous around the other ponies and constantly hid behind the CMC. After having her innocence broken and her faith in the other ponies shattered, she became much more paranoid and on-guard, which was why upon hearing the CMC saying that they were restored, and were asking to help, saying they could live "happily ever after", she viewed the remark as meaning she'd be excluded and left alone once again. Then, when she saw that Starlight was friends with Twighlight and co. Cozy immediately viewed it as proof that once she did what the otherswanted of her, they would get rid of her when her back was turned. This caused her to once again return to her former evil self and resume her goals of having as many friends as possible. Earning power.

As she continued fighting with Starlight and Twighlight, she became overwhelmingly enraged by them attempting to reason with her and convincing her she could change, believing that they didn't understand how she felt and that she couldn't change how Cozy felt. She began acting purely on rage

In short, Cozy seems to have extreme paranoia and doubtful thinking. She manipulates people into liking her because she feels as though thats the only way to *get* them to like her.

She seems to suffer from Paranoia, BPD or DID,and tends to have anger issues. But in no way am I a professional and this is all theories and headcannons.
