A blog!

Greetings!

So I have ten followers now. Which isn't a lot compared to some of the fantastic writers on this site, but I wanted to acknowledge you guys and say that I appreciate that you took the time to enjoy something I wrote.

Writing is hard.

Tomorrow marks one year since I joined the site and submitted The Greatest of All Magic. I started writing MLP fanfiction with some grand ideas, one of which turned into TGoAM, for which I was pleased with both how the story turned out and the response to it. But some of the other ideas I haven't been able to flesh out just yet.

I'm participating in Bean's Writing Group, which is forcing me to practice the craft of writing and will hopefully help me get the juices flowing on some of my more ambitious projects. As a side effect I've been able to publish a couple of shorts that I wrote for the group, and it seems like a few of you have enjoyed those, which makes me happy.

So I'm going to keep trying at this, slow as the process might be. I hope you guys will keep reading, and I appreciate the responses to my work so far. Thanks!
