Art came back today, so Part 2 of the art blogs! (Part 1) I immediately ordered more from Drytil, because you guys love them...and so do I. I think I have a problem. Drytil unveiled some really cool new extras, things to apply over the wings, and also two the first two effects: Sparkle and Stars. Now, for the extras, she has Bone, Decor, Smoke, Silk, Steampunk, Armor, Metal, Burst, Ancient, Crystals, Flames, and Flowers.
I currently have 40 wingbanners I will be using. I have another 14 that either didn't come out well (the artist worked to fix them), or they came out looking great but are not what I need for chapter ends, and then I did some for the profiles of some of my dragons. If the new orders all work out, I will have a final count of 45 wingbanners I will be using as chapter ends. That is for the EQG 7, their 4 supporting friends, the Wondercolts Guild, and SAO characters or guilds. I probably need to figure out some of the other characters. I don't have one for Agil, Lisbeth, Silica, or Argo, to name a few. The more extras Drytil adds, the more some of these really work for certain characters. Plenty are cool, but not right for the caste of Ruby Palace. Now, for some show and tell!

Flowers of Doom - The flowers extra for the wingbanners Drytil just unveiled is really cool. I had to have some done it in, and it felt like a Fluttershy thing.

MAY USE:
Flaming Sunset: Made because why not? The flames are so cool.
Dragon Klein: I like it, just not sure if it has a use.
Dragon Bladescape: Same, not sure if it has a use, but I like it.
Dragon Plaskett: Love the flames extras. Kind of in the Wondercolt colors. Ultimately made for one of the dragons in my lair.
Ruby Rose: Yes, from RWBY. I made a fan dragon for her and the banner was made for her bio. I do love this one, but not sure if it has a place. 
WONT USE:
Thunderborne - Ditched this design for another I am having made for her. The new extras have given me more availability to personalize wingbanners for characters. The steampunk just doesn't work.
And the second attempt for Rainbow Dash. Looks great and spot on for the dragon scry I gave for a visual reference. The "problem" is that it is too close to the Sunset Shimmer banners. If Sunset's were different, I could use it. It needs more blue.
[REDACTED]: Swing and a miss. It looks absolutely amazing, but I need more white. 
The Green Dragon Girl: Lessa's replacement's game name translates/works out to mean "the green dragon girl." Turned out too blue, but looks amazing. Japanese Kanji has the same character for blue and green. It wasn't until after World War Two that green really became a separate color. Traffic lights in Japan are red, yellow, and blue. Blue means go.
A miss for Knightstar. The blue blends too much if it isn't right, but the gold/yellow can look bad too. This was an early one, done a long time ago when there was a lot less extras for the wing banners.
Slightly better gold color, but still a miss. The purple makes the gold look...sickly. Or maybe the gold makes the purple look bad. Either way, a miss.
I have some really cool ones held in reserve. Some really cool ones. Can't wait to show them, but they are late story ones, like Floor 90+ banners. lol. It will be worth the wait.
Seeing this only makes me long for the story more.

I was busy leveling dragons to "pay" the artist. Okay, planning them did take several hours so that my submissions had the right colors and choices, but the artwork is not done by me. I want to make sure that is clear. What Drytil does is amazing. I wish I could do that. She has a form for this stuff. It takes her time to make each one, but she does a lot of these whenever her "shop" opens up. Plenty of people commission these wingbanners.
Now that's a lot of banners, hope you won't waste your money to have a different banner for every chapter
This may be my RWBY bias talking, but the Ruby Rose one looks really cool and I'm hoping you can find a place to put it in the story

Thankfully, I'm not paying cash. The last bach was in game levels for dragons to be exalted. Send the dragon, get the banners type deal. So time invested, but not cash.

It came out exceptionally well. I'm in love with it, both because I enjoy RWBY and because it looks great. I really want to figure out a way to use it. I'll probably have more general chapters, that won't focus on anyone in particular, where I could use it. Typically, I've defaulted to Bladescape themed ones, but when I started that, I only had a banner for her. I've rapidly expanded since. Lol
