A study on cyber bullying · 12:55pm Mar 21st, 2022
I've agreed to work with a friend of mine who is doing a paper on cyber bullying for a college project. Anybody with an hour to spare, check this video out. I'm curious to see what your thoughts are. I've already submitted a comment to the youtube video itself, but I'll ask you to formulate your own opinion. The subject of this video gets hammered pretty hard due to his logical fallacies and religious fervor toward a shipping between two fictional characters, but he's obviously dealing with some mental issues. But, then again, he seems to be fully aware of the mental illnesses from which he suffers, and he won't hesitate to use them as a get out of jail free card when he gets called out on his bullshit.
For anyone who may be interested in this subject, and has time to check out this video, what do you think? I'm genuinely interested in your input.
As much as I disagree with any form of bullying, this guy brought it on himself...It amazes me how fandoms can breed such creeps that follow and love characters like a doctrine. Also, to use mental illnesses as leverage when being confrontation is just plain wrong

I agree with you for the most part, but his antics were ultimately harmless. I think this kid was just lonely and desperate for friends to the point where he'd become extremely clingy with anybody who so much as interacted with him. Some of the disparagements they used for this guy like "stalker" and "creepy pervert" really seem like embellishments.

I suppose...
Loneliness can make one desperate for any kind of attention. This guy should have had better parental and other family figures in his life to help him.
