Lesson Zero: I admit I don't have any ideas for this episode. But I can't skip out on Twilight going crazy.
Luna Eclipsed: Luna is joined by fellow nobility from Gotland City. The Duke and Duchess of Gotland and their young son.
Sisterhooves Social: Maybe this could be a Big Mac and Apple Comet chapter.
The Cutie Pox: Apple Bloom becomes jealous of Apple Comet spending time with Scootaloo. A freak encounter with Red Koltonite causes her and Apple Comet to swap powers.
The Mysterious Mare-Do-Well: Rainbow Dash becomes suspicious about the orange streak that seems to have joined the red comet.
Secret of My Excess: Apple Comet's secret is put in Jeopardy when greedy growing Spike sniffs out and digs up his ship.
Family Appreciation Day: A school event causes Melancholy for Apple Comet while thinking about his parents.
The SSCS6000: Comet ends up breaking the machine.
Hearts and Hooves Day: Comet uses the Lonely Hearts column to find love for Ms. Cheerilee.
Putting your hoof down: "Comet puts an obnoxious Minotaur in his place.
Dragon Quest: Comet accompanies Spike on a journey to find himself.
It's About Time: "Comet spends the day saving Equus from certain disasters only for Twilight's predictions to keep coming true.
Hurricane Fluttershy: "Comet pitches in to help when Fluttershy's traumatic past threatens an important job.
Ponyville Confidential: "Diamond Tiara sends the CMC out to uncover the mystery of the Red Comet. But the search is complicated by the actions of new colt Clyde Kentucky.
A Canterlot Wedding: "Comet does battle with Queen Chrysalis.
I will to the end of my days ship Scootaloo with Comet, just because I can. :)
REALLY good job on this selection of ideas for alterations to the episodes, especially with the foreshadowing to the follow-up series.
Of course, the Flim Flams might have their machine insured and, as they technically weren't actually breaking any laws, they could actually sue the Apples for wrecking their machine and probably accuse them of doing that as, essentially a "rage quit". And, of course, at least ONE of the Flim-Flams ends up losing his mane. As I have said many times, the Flim Flams DEFINITELY have "Co-sharing the eventual Lex Luthor Expy role" potential - especially with one of them as the mad scientist version of Luthor and the other the businessman version of Luthor.
And I can certainly see Garble having great potential as an Expy for Metallo if he were to get injured enough for the Flim Flams to convert him into a Koltronite powered cyborg.

The "It's About Time" chapter could contain several homages to the Fletcher Superman cartoons of the early-1940s. Specifically, Comet trying to discreetly help out Equus could involve him encountering mad scientists in three large towns (your choice which ones) - one with a massive electric cannon, one with an army of super-strong flying robots that can also spit fire and a last one using a technologically produced earthquake. And another major city gets under attack by a giant monster accidentally uncovered by an exploration team and released by some careless mishandling. All of them, of course, Mythology Gags to the early-1940s Superman cartoons (Specifically, "the Mad Scientist", "the Mechanical Monsters", "Electronic Earthquake" AND "the Arctic Giant"). So, him trying to help Twilight DOES still lead to him saving LOTS of lives.

Am I I have an idea for Lesson Zero I'm not sure if you already thought of one since you posted this thing and it is a way to introduce my oc during the casting of the wanted needed spell accidentally cast another spell that open a dimensional portal which my oc falls out of the portal unconscious an with a PipBucks on his foreleg with an audio file on his PipBucks I'm not sure what should the audio files say I need help on that and before I forget there's a dimensional spell that opens a portal on the PipBucks as well
