2 year anniversary of the covid pandemic · 5:41pm Mar 12th, 2022
Well, it's officially been 2 years now since the covid 19 pandemic started. I still remember during the first few weeks of when it started that this would be temporary but this virus ended up being worse than many of us thought and we've lost hundreds of lives from it since then. I mean even around this time 2 years ago my main focus was on my grandmother's passing as it's now been 2 years since my family would suffer our first of 3 losses we'd have in the coming 2 years and when looking back it just hurts deep down that we've suffered so much since then and we all still wonder to ourselves when will it end? But even though things haven't been 100% normal since then there have still been several positive moments since 2020 like a new US president (not gonna go into more detail on that one as I don't like talking about politics), vaccines, and a whole lot of things such as movies, tv shows, etc. For me it's probably graduating high school, starting college, and starting to do these stories on fimfiction that I'm happy people here have been enjoying. And while I'm on that topic my latest story is currently in the works. I wanted to have it up this weekend but with work being busy I've decided to just wait on uploading it til I have a Friday where I won't be working which will be tough but I'll see what happens. And on another note, I also would like to share that once I hit/uploaded 20 stories on fimfiction I'll be stepping down from writing these stories aka retiring from making them. As fun as I enjoyed making them I'm getting close to where I want them to end and have some important things to focus on in life, I want to do once these stories of mine are done, though the last story won't be out til fall close to the 2 year anniversary of when I posted my first story on fimfiction I won't be abandoning this place once I reach this goal and will continue to be active on this site for as long as I hope to be. And with that, I've come to the end of this blog post. I do hope things will get better sooner than later as I've heard some places are already seeing less covid and people not wearing masks so it's a sign of something but not gonna jinx it in case something comes out of the blue. Anyway, stay safe out there everyone and I'll see you all on the flip side.
