Question of the Week #45 · 2:48am Feb 18th, 2022
Hello everyone and welcome to the Question of the Week. Funny how one week I have a hard time thinking of any questions and this week I was able to think of a few.
So hopefully I'll remember the rest for the following week or so.
Now this week I wanted to ask, in a post apocalyptic setting (any one you can think of) what sort of factions do you think would rise from the ashes?
Thank you all for reading my blogs and for taking time out of your busy schedules to answer questions by a really goofy man. I hope you all have a wonderful day.
I believe furries will still be a thing. Big group, friendly, fursuits held together with scavenged materials like fishing line and such.
If anything important-looking survives, you can be reasonably certain a cult will spring up around it.
If it was the sort of apocalypse that gave a bit of warning, then there are likely some remnants of the previous world order who would very much like to rule the world again. Their chances admittedly don't look very good, with the resources they relied on in shambles...
There's also potential remnants of whatever caused the apocalypse in the first place, which aren't necessarily one and the same.
A completely different cult probably venerates whatever force caused the fall, likely with the trappings of Hollywood Satanism. These are probably the designated "evil" faction, even moreso than the generic raiders and such.
Factions that worship something mundane like it's holy like that scene from the movie wizards like Disney or Coca-Cola

Corporations like Amazon, governments that survived, new governments like anarchists, communists, fascists, etc. will be dotted around the wasteland.
