And So, New Years and Valentine's Day Have Come And Gone...

Woof, it's been a while since I've updated. A month and a half. Yeah, I suck.

But, I have some good news. I've started work on a new chapter for "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children", which will round off the initial chapters, freeing up the rest of the anthology to be done in whatever order I want.

I've also been working on a side project for my friend's own story, mostly because I wanted to experiment with atmosphere, location design, and character dissection through symbolism and circumstance. I've even went so far as to draw up a map so I had a much better idea of where the story will go and how the main character will get there. Since the story is semi-based on my favorite psychological horror game of all time, I hope I can do everything justice. I've also decided upon a few rules for the story so that encounters between the main character and any opposition isn't instantly trivialized.

Aside from other life junk and joy, there really isn't much else to talk about on my end. Certainly hope the few readers I have continue to stick around, and perhaps take a look at what I've been doing and leave some critique. I could certainly use thoughts and nit-picks so I can further improve my writing.

That said, hope to update soon with something more substantial.
