(Genuine problem, not clickbait.)
I have been locked out of my Discord account, due to me "accessing it in another location", however, I've been accessing the account in the location where I have always been opening it? So I tried then accessing my email to authorise the login, but I cannot access my anonymous email account either. I am particularly sensitive when using emails and personal details, which was why I didn't use my private email. I looked on the Discord help section, but there wasn't really a lot to go on.
Is there anything I can do to get back into Discord? Because I'm not comfortable just leaving my account open out there when I'm not using it.
I would appreciate any help.

location should not be the problem, i have traveled for several hundred miles and logged in all over.

best bet at this point you are not going to want to hear. tell / inform discord your account was possibly hacked. and just start a new one. inform every one linked to the old one it was hacked.
Oh and don't fall for the free nitro links or other free links showing up on discord.
get a good email (i have several) discord really likes gmail. set a password that is big and complected.
do not keep discord active on a phone only turn it on when you want it. phones are vary easy to hack. never log in from a computer that is not yours.
other then that i wish you the best but discord is not going to be any help you are just a number in millions and it is not like we pay for this.
you can try to google the problem you (may) get lucky on a forum some were.
and get a really good antivirus.. not something a box store tries to shove up your plot.

I'll email Discord about this and will get a new Google account. I will try to get my old Discord account back, otherwise, it looks like I'll be getting another account for that as well and ask for the latter to be terminated.

FFR, you should really use two-factor for your main Google account and have others be set to the main as recovery. That would prevent this from ever happening.

All I remember is chatting with my friends. I do not recall seeing or doing anything that would violate Discord's guidelines.
On a positive side note, Discord's support team got back to me and said they'll help me recover my account ASAP after I emailed them about this. To my knowledge, they also said that I hadn't broken any rules.
