How is life? Mine has been calm, mostly calm. I've learned to... not care, paradoxically. That's what's been happening.
I'm not sure what I'd wish to talk about, other than I'd just wish to talk. I'm willing to engage in any kind of conversation. So, how will it be...? Will you comment to make my day?
I'm losing words. It's harder to speak and write, by the minute too. Oh, well... do you know of any good sci-fi crossovers over here?
Hard to say, I don’t know of many Sci-Fi crossovers off-hand, but I can go through my favorites and find some for you
Not a crossover, but I've published a few sci-fi short stories recently for Bicyclette's sci-fi contest. This one is my favourite: https://www.fimfiction.net/story/509533/diamonds-in-the-dirt
You can also find the link to the contest group in the description, I'm sure you'll find more sci-fi stories that you'll like there.

Don't worry, was just thinking out loud. These are my favourite stories, usually.
How is your life going?

Thanks! I'll make sure to give it a read. How are you, more generally?
5625575 Pretty good so far, I got a Nintendo Switch Lite for Christmas and been playing it non-stop

I'm doing just fine. Gotta sort out my writing schedule, I have a lot of ideas lines up. Also, I'm practicing more art.

Oh, I have the console too. Some of the exclusives really slap, make no mistake. You have a world of great games in front of you.

That's neat. I'm currently suffering through a bit of a block, but nearing the end of my story, so still feeling a bit accomplished you know?
5625598 Too true
I know how you feel. Some days I really don't even feel like getting out of bed do to all the crap life has hit me with. As for good crossovers there is to many to list but all you have to is check my favorites list. I recommend all of them.

That's great! Getting over writer's block, unfortunately, is something I don't really struggle with due to how I write. But I can understand the struggle of finishing a story. A lot of the problem is mental, we are more experienced with starting things than finishing them. Moreover, as we reach the end, we tend to overestimate how much more needs to be done, and the task feels more daunting than it is. The only way through this is with experience and knowing what it feels like to be finished.

Thanks, I'll make sure to check it out!
As for the predicament, yeah, I often feel that way as well. Fate has it that usually at the worst times possible too

That's true, it often feels that way. Although my story will end on a cliffhanger, it's still an end of some sort and will be a satisfying moment for sure.
I'm recently dealing with a weird case of block; it's not that I lack ideas, it's just that any sort of writing seems and feels extremely tiring. It's... strange, and really inconvenient. For now, I'm focusing a bit more on working with my editor on polishing the earlier chapters a bit to maybe work through it.
As for the finishing work, I finally do see an end in sight! After a few years. That's always exciting, right?

Yep if there is a way to make things worse fate or as I call him Murphy, will always show his ugly mug just when we don't need, want, or even think of him. I swear one day I will find him and give him what he deserves.
5625787
That's very true... I will very happily join you on that endeavor should you so allow
5625796
Any and all of Murphy's victims can join!!!!

If you're interested, you can join this group idea I've been thinking of. I've expanded on my writing lessons by trying to create a workshop for writers to practice daily. It's a great way to come up with new ideas and sharpen some writing skills.
