This is an approximation of the two-story bungalow converted decades ago into a bookstore with a small studio living space at the front of the upper floor. The house measures thirty feet (9.1 m) wide by forty-six feet (14.0 m) long; before the extension to make room for a LULA elevator the length was forty feet (12.2 m).
