Thats one way to get some lifting motivation...
Hey all, just wanted to give a quick update. I'm still in the planning phase of 185. I've been working a little slow, but with holidays and my usual end of year week off from work approaching, i've admittedly not been very productive. Chances are, come the 24th through the 2nd i wont be touching much it in favor of basically deflating in my desk chair and letting my brain turn to mush for a week, so expect a slightly longer wait for the next chapter.
Hope everyone has a happy holidays and a happy new year and we'll be getting back on track in 2022
