    Innovation (Anthro)

At this point, Griff felt like he’d been grounded so long that he had learned to stop speaking in broken Ponish.

Quite literally, the only habit he had to drop was referring to himself in the third person. And although his phone and laptop had been taken, he figured out another way to express the way he felt.

As the track played on the vinyl, Griff read out what he had on his notepad.

    Griff’s “singing” voice

Quotation marks because Atlas does both singing and rapping, and the song I’m listing here has more rapping and some of them harmonizing and stuff.

Since Griff had been grounded for a month, it’d given him some time to find other ways of expressing himself. So he’d start writing songs.

Update · 8:13pm Nov 30th, 2021

So, the more I workout, the hungrier I get for more results lol. Although I’m starting to fall behind on my push ups, I make sure to keep up with standard cardio and reps.

One thing I love is seeing improvement within myself, physically. Since I can’t compare dick sizes *smol airhorn* muscle mass is the next big thing for me as a teenage trans boy, being the fact that I don’t have the luxury of being naturally competitive with those I wanna be in the same league as.

Most of my life I’ve been sheltered and cast to the side because of how small and shy I was as a girl, and working out gives me an opportunity to be as rough and tumble as I wanna be.

This is exactly why I’m so eager to go back to public school. It’s a matter of dominance to me.

Beat people’s asses > more people wanna fuck with you > more competition > more competitive friends > more respect as a Chad

So you can imagine my excitement to come from the sticks being a fucking beefcake.

Enough of me gushing about that, now onto the physical changes.

Definitely less fat around my waist than before; I’ve worked toward clearing out my rolls, and pretty much all I have left to deal with are the pesky love handles. Other than that, my neck muscles around the trapezius have gotten thicker, and my posture’s improved since I started doing my upper-back exercises.

The fat around my biceps have decreased to some degree, along with my upper arms getting a little bigger over the past month. Now all that’s left to do is start up my sets again.

good job Butters

Since I can’t compare dick sizes

:rainbowlaugh:

First of all, good job and keep this up, my dude! For most guys, this is a 5 - 10 year long journey to reach their peak, so the best is yet to come for you.

However, I do want to comment on this:

Beat people’s asses > more people wanna fuck with you > more competition > more competitive friends > more respect as a Chad

I know it's tempting to want to be the tough guy, but please don't. For one, it's cooler being the guy who could beat up people but chooses not to. Secondly, if you can beat up everyone around you... then you need to get around stronger people. If you're the biggest fish in the pond, find a bigger pond. If your high school has a football team, lift with them in the future, for example.

Also, your muscles aren't going to help you in a fight as much as you think. THIS guy would literally choke and kill THIS guy within 2 minutes.

Okay, okay, fine. I won’t get too ahead of myself. But seriously though. I wanna fucking brawl—

5612837

Lol. Wanting to brawl is fine and normal for a guy to want to do. That's why I keep recommending joining a boxing, MMA, or BJJ gym. Or your school's wrestling team if they have one.

Just don't ever be that gym bro who picks fights and then gets beaten up by a scrawny dork half your size haha.

5612839
Couldn’t be me. Or maybe. I could have complete potential to win a fight and still freeze up at the worst moments lol.

5612843

It's less about freezing up and more about not actually knowing how to fight.

Everyone thinks they can fight, but in reality, it's only about 1% of people at most lol. Reminder that in wrestling, my 150lbs wife easily threw around my best friend who played basketball in a D1 college, and she punched harder than my friend who's a gym bro lol.

Then that suddenly makes a whole lot of sense.

What does?

It's less about freezing up and more about not actually knowing how to fight.

^^this right here.

I’ve not much experience with fighting or sparring, being the fact that I’m too nervous to hit someone usually, or that I’m scared shitless of being hit (which is funny, considering I’ve been hit in the head a lot)

The only action I’ve been used to getting before I even started working out was fighting with my brothers or dad (physically). So most of my “experience” comes from household brawls, most of which I’ve lost at lol.

I’ve taken Karate and Tae Kwon Do (only a month or so of the latter, haven’t progressed a lot in either but I dabble a little), but I haven’t ever actually fought a stranger, which would mean that I don’t exactly know how to react when met with a physical challenge that’s actually a challenge.

but I haven’t ever actually fought a stranger, which would mean that I don’t exactly know how to react when met with a physical challenge that’s actually a challenge.

Yeah, unless you've actually fought or sparred, you have zero clue how you'll react when things get real. When I did boxing, much of the training was really just learning how to keep composure when someone is punching you. Basic things like keeping your hands up, chin tucked, moving your head away from the punch, circling away, always looking at your opponent, etc. Even if you know how to punch hard, that means very little if you can't keep your cool when someone is trying to punch your head off.

Regarding the skills... Some people are naturally good at knowing how to fight, but most people need to learn. It's like learning any other subject. Even if you're super strong, you'll lose if you don't know what to do but the other guy knows exactly what to do during each moment of the fight. I'm still terrible at grappling, which is why when my wife put me in a *head and arm choke* recently, I had to tap even though I had 60 lbs and a lot of strength over her. I just didn't know what to do to get out lol.
