NSFW warnings: needed or not?

Hi everyone! So, the question is the same as in the title: do any of you need any warnings about explicit clop scenes, considering the M rating and mentioning the stuff in the description? Or would you prefer to have no spoilers like that?

If you need those warnings, then which method will be an optimal one in your opinion? Placing a warning in the chapter titles? In the text before the scenes? Or maybe something else?

I think I'd prefer chapters with clop being labelled in the titles, just so I can find them again easier.

It's kind of expected from an M-rated fic so it's not necessary.
Unless one wishes to find those clop-heavy chapters again, that is.
