It literally just means 'normal'.

In fact, there's no need for 'cis', since we already have many terms to sum the concept up nicely:
Normal
Genuine
Natural
Biological
Healthy
Standard
Norm
Default
Regular
Intended
Real
Actual

Those words can simply be place before terms like:
Gender
Sex
Man
Woman
Male
Female
Person
People
Body

Now, the thing to do in situations, where you're forced to tolerate something different, that's when you create a term or terms for the 'other' or 'others'.

Normal requires no prefix, no explanation, no hyphens, no justification, no validation, no diagnosis and certainly no modifications. Normal is already perfection, it's that simple.
