My future is uncertain...

So, this is a mix of good news and bad news.
The bad news is that my undiagnosed condition has been deemed severe enough that I am no longer able to work, and there are heavy restrictions on my ability to drive. As in... I essentially can't anymore.

The irony in writing about a broken heart = my recent ER visit

So, yeah. This chapter took a lot longer than I anticipated. So much rework had to be done, but I think the end result was worth it. Regardless, I just wanted to put this out for you all to give you a heads up that it will be posted as early as I can manage, Friday (tomorrow) Eastern Time.

After that, the final chapter is already being worked on, and has a lot done, so the wait shouldn't be as long.

Also, if you've been following along for this long and haven't given the story a thumbs up, I'd love it if you did, but only if you feel it's justified.
