So, while I don't consider the map world of Super Mario Odyssey as 100% accurate, especially when adding places from the Mario RPG like the Bean Bean Kingdom that is supposed to be just West of the Mushroom Kingdom, I still use it to situate the emplacement of the other kingdoms compared to the one of the Mushroom Kingdom.
From what I saw from the map, Metro Kingdom is situated pretty much in the other side of the world compared to the Mushroom Kingdom.
Considering that the sun just settled in the Mushroom Kingdom, does this mean that it's just rising in Metro Kingdom? Of course, I will have to take into consideration the time that Bowser will take to reach Metro Kingdom, so it may be more near noon.
Also, I may have to rewrite that part about the sun setting in DK Island in the recent chapter. I wasn't yet sure of where to place it, but looking at the map, I find it logic that the island would be somewhere in that ocean South of Metro Kingdom, maybe near the equator.
As for Sarasaland, I saw that theory video thinking that the kingdom may be that unexplored continent we see just West of the Mushroom Kingdom in the southern hemisphere, or at least part of it, so I'm thinking of using it. So it's probably the middle of the day over there.
