Just some context:
The Enigmas are simply there because they Co-Founded the Organization, so they technically approve certain things
Hero and Bez being the Blood Siblings, meaning of Reaper ever breaks containment, it’s their job to recontain him.
Melody and Bezier have the right to bonk Hero and Griff on the head with a newspaper if they keep trying to abolish the Ethics Department
