yup, without the ball blocking the magic, she can controll her size, otherwise, she just keeps getting bigger without control.
climbing her could be tricky, if shes so big, that falling from the tip of the horn to the base would take an hour. she has to bow her head to make her horn horizontal, so anon can walk on it.
by the time, that the ponies get anon involved, she might be so big, that she barely fits on the planet while sitting, but when they accidentally worship her bigness again, she might grow so big, that she has to balance on the planet, which is why anon has to eventually climb on his own after they fly him all the way up to her back or something (worshipping only counts, if it happens on screen)
