I've seen the new MLP Movie, I must say despite all the ups and downs about it actually pretty good!
I realize that Sunny and her group were getting a lot of hate since they were replacing the mane 6 and looked different.
But let's all think back to when MLP Friendship is Magic was first released and that very same criticism was said about Twilight and her friends replacing the last generation and them looking different than them. But now everybody loves them and this site is the proof of that.
So who's to say that this generation won't be the same?

Hey man, it doesn’t matter if it different or not, I mean, the other Mlp generations series were different, yes some have the same name but they have different looks, sure it’s not the same but the movie was great it even get out a G4 vibe, because Sunny acts like twilight, Izzy acts like pinkie pie, hitch acts somewhat like applejack and Fluttershy, Pipp acts like rarity and Zipp likes like rainbow dash, so even though the others are gone at least their legacy is living on and they were legends in modern equestria
Well…..you can say that I did see the original mane 6 from the beginning when I watch it just now, in a funny way how rarity became evil there for a moment ( SPOILERS!! If any of you have not scene the film yet so…..Terribly sorry I just spoiled it for you ) But anyways I’d like to see what happened to them in the gen 5 series or if that’s gonna happen.
But anyway I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH!!!! The songs,characters and the joy and funniest and everything. It is still a master piece for all new bronies out there. Who is your favourite character from the movie??? Mine is Hitch.😁 HE’S FUNNY!!!!

Don’t worry, their is a new g5 tv series coming out, they said that their will be a 44 minutes special at some time next year, takes place after the movie and show how our g5 mane 5 next journey because after watching the movie, their adventure has just begun

I know I just heard, and I can’t wait for the new mlp series to come out. But I’ve heard it will be released this fall and I also like to see the sequel of that film and I hope will see more pony characters and see any of the equestrian creatures like griffins,changlings and especially dragons cuz I didn’t see any of those mythical characters in the movie.

Well I would like to see those as well when it comes out and to be fair it makes sense we didn’t see any dragons, griffins, hippogriffs, changelings and yaks and other creatures in equestria if the three pony tribes were divided. So maybe in the special it will reveal more answers to our questions of future equestria

Yeah!! That’s what am about. In fact sunny herself might need an assistant like a dragon assistant like spike and twilight was, And what happened to him and the other dragons like amber and garble. And I also want to know what happened to all the other creatures of Equestria and what happen to them after friendship was lost and all three tribes divided, maybe they became isolated or a hostile after that? And we’re told by other ponies that they are more dangerous then the Pegasi and the unicorns before???

We have so many questions and so little answers but I can’t shake it off, I just hope we find out more in the future series so that we can solve this mystery

I saw the movie through someone's stream on Discord and honestly the movie was pretty fine.
The songs were pretty good and some scenes were freaking hilarious.
On a MLP movie of its own, its good.
But for a "sequel" to Gen 4, the main problem is the lack of explanations on what split the ponies up, what happened to the alicorns such as Luna, what happened to Spike and what undid the Mane 6's(and Spike's) hardwork and split up the ponies and while we got no info on what happened to the non-ponies such as the dragons.
