[Analysis] Equestria is Magic: Sunny Starscout and Izzy Moonbow, the Rightful Heirs of the Equestrian Throne

Since we learned about Sunny's and Izzy's full names, I am noticing a connection between them. Both of their names refer to celestial bodies, "Sunny" and "Starscout" to the sun and "Moonbow" to the moon. That connection made me curious and I wondered what that means and if the two of them might be related (especially considering how Izzy's name doesn't seem to refer to her special talent, which I predict is plushie creation, potentially eliminating the "rule" of Generation 4 that pony names have nothing to do with blood relationship and family). But only now that I analyzed the first two Generation 5 screenshots, and therefore the picture of the sun above Sunny's bed, I had the scales fall off my eyes and can see the obvious:

Sunny's and Izzy's names are references to Celestia and Luna!

It's clear as crystals. Sunny's name is a reference to the sun, twice! Both "Sunny" and the "Star" in "Starscout", as the sun is a star, refer to the sun. And Celestia was the Princess of the Sun, she controlled the sun and moved it over the sky. Sunny even has a picture of the sun hanging above her bed that looks exactly like Celestia's cutie mark!
Izzy's second name is a reference to the moon, the "Moon" in "Moonbow" refers to the moon. And Luna was the Princess of the Moon, she controlled the moon and moved it over the sky.
Their names represent Celestia and Luna and this has to have a meaning, a historical meaning. But what does it mean? Are they descendants of Celestia and Luna? Are they maybe even reincarnations of them? Or could it be that they are Celestia and Luna, in disguise?
The last possibility is probably farfetched. We know that alicorn magic makes it possible to use spells that change the appearance of a pony, from Trixie when she came back to Ponyville for her revenge and had the alicorn amulet that gave her the power of an alicorn, as she cast a spell to make Snips younger and Snails older, which isn't exactly a spell to change the appearance and instead a spell to change the age, but they looked differently after Trixie used that spell on them, so we can tell that alicorn magic has at least properties that allow for transforming the body.
Even before that, we have seen that Luna is able to shapeshift, during her first Nightmare Night in Ponyville, as she transformed her body into that of Nightmare Moon to scare Pipsqueak and the other foals. Combining all that, we can say with a 99.9% certainty that Celestia is able to shapeshift, as well.
However, if the two of them are still alive even after what is likely several thousand years since they have retired (and in that case definitely immortal), why are they hiding in disguise instead of using their power to bring the three pony tribes together again then?
The fact that alicorns are seen as sinful in the distant future Equestria's that we'll see in Generation 5, because they are part earth pony, part pegasus pony and part unicorn pony and possess the magic of all three pony tribes and because they symbolically represent their union, would give them a good reason to hide like that. Being seen as living sins, they would either get imprisoned or maybe even killed. And to prevent that from happen, Celestia and Luna would have to use their powers and attack ponies, but they are peaceful and would never attack the ponies of Equestria they once ruled over. Not to mention that attacking them and injuring or killing ponies would do nothing to convince the three pony tribes of making peace and rather increase tensions further and make them hate alicorns even more. Hiding and pretending to be different ponies would be necessary for them.
Even the problem that we have already seen Sunny as a filly is not really a problem and easy to explain. As a shapeshifter, Celestia can gradually change the look of her body with time, to fake aging. And if "Sunny's", aka Celestia's, "dad" is indeed a worshipper of Celestia as it is my theory, then he would pretend to be the "dad" of "Sunny", to help Celestia maintain her cover.
But the problem that remains is the question, if Celestia and Luna are really still alive, then why haven't they intervened and prevented the three pony tribes from separating in the first place, before it became so bad that alicorns were universally hated? This doesn't make sense, Celestia and Luna would not sit idly by and let Equestria and the three pony tribes devolve like that, so we can rule out that Sunny and Izzy are Celestia in disguise.

This leaves us with the possibilities that Sunny and Izzy are either descendants of Celestia and Luna or their reincarnations. And if they are either of these, it means they inherited the alicorn magic of Celestia and Luna. Which they can't use, especially Sunny as an earth pony can't. They lack the strength to control their magic. Similar to how Twilight had problems with controlling Celestia's and Luna's magic after they transferred it to her to hide it from Tirek, except worse. Since neither of them are alicorns, they can't use their magic at all and it merely rests inside their bodies.
This could mean that Sunny and Izzy will eventually ascend and become alicorns and that they, after reuniting the three pony tribes, will also turn their respective kingdoms back into the Kingdom of Equestria and rule over it as alicorn diarchs like Celestia and Luna did in the past.
I am not saying this will definitely happen, there are too many possibilities what they could do or decide for or what could become of them with the alicorn magic of Celestia and Luna as their descendants or their reincarnations. And we have no hints other than their names, so far. It could, for example, be that they never decide to climb the throne as new rulers of a newly-united Kingdom of Equestria.
But seeing this obvious connection they share with Celestia and Luna, it is my theory that they possess their alicorn magic for one reason or another and that they are the rightful heirs of the equestrian throne.
