RIDER TIME extra: World of Riders, part 1 · 2:21am Sep 14th, 2021
The World of Riders is the homeworld of Tom Decade, as well as others who will appear in the story. It is an AR (Alternate Reality) world that has based its civilization on the legends and heroic deeds of Kamen Riders past, particularly the Heisei era Riders.
However, this world no longer exists in RIDER TIME. Tom is one of the few survivors of the world's end.
Before its destruction, however, the World of Riders had an estimated population of about 3 billion people. Its society and cultural identity have been strongly influenced by the Kamen Riders in many areas, such as spiritual growth, governmental structure, and economic output.
Almost all Heisei Riders, not just the main ones, have families that bear the name of their Rider state. Tom himself is part of Decade's family, so his last name is Decade. Likewise, if someone is descended from a different Rider, their family will bear that Rider's name.
Over 75% of the population have the ability to become Kamen Riders themselves, so the use and ethics surrounding the powers are taught in schools, much as one would learn things like math and science.
Although most of the population has the power, transforming is forbidden for individuals under the age of 16, and even then there is a licensing exam required, which includes performance tests as well as psychological ones. This is to make sure the people are of sound mind to use their powers constructively.
Next time, we'll be going into the more specific roles the Rider families play in each aspect of society.

Short but awesome. I didn't know you can make extra. Plus, I see they talked about the Heisei Riders but not either Showa or Reiwa Riders.
