human rainbow dash from equestria girls or barry allen the flash of dc comics in theory i think dashie COULD be faster as we know both can move fast enough to slow down time and move soild objects while barry seems to be running so fast he appears to be moving in slow motion rainbow however in her animated short does not seem to have that problem appearing to be walking at a casual pace it should be noted that she could be slowing down time during this but there seems be no evidence either way so she seems to have been faster plus have a faster reaction time plus while barry can run up buildings dash can in way go faster than or at least bypass it by not only jumping straight up creating a sonic rainboom which should be faster and harder to do than pony dash who can only do it going down in an angle so physics wise im not sure but doing that going up would be harder than going down so in theory if rainbow actually ran it might be possible to possibly out run barry....maybe since dash can seem to go past the time delation problem and create a sonic rainboom to further increase her speed maybe barry was able to move the same way rescuing some woman in the snyder cut but im not sure if i remember if he appeared to be walking or running
