Don't worry about feeling like a pedo because you wanna go to a theater by yourself to watch it. I remember going to watch Toy Story 2 and the Incredibles in theaters. I was the only adult there without any kids, after the movie some parents asked me which kids were mine and I told them I didn't have any kids and just came to watch the movie because I knew I'd enjoy them. I met a guy who was scared of being called a pedo, so he brought his little niece and nephew along to watch the movie with him.

TLDR: Fuck what folks think. Go watch the movie and unironically enjoy yourself.

Purchasing a one month Netflix subscription and dropping it is likely the same price or cheaper than purchasing a movie ticket. (As I understand, you are in the US, so $8.99 USD for basic). If you could have afforded to purchase a movie ticket, just buy a month of Netflix and cancel it at the end of 30 days. As an added bonus, Netflix also has My Little Pony seasons 1-8 and many other shows.
