Hello Everyone, I want to wish to everyone happy 7th of September. Independence of Brazil.

When in 1822 was made by D. Peter the first looked at all the Portugueses and with all his might shouted prior the battle: INDEPENDENCE OR DEATH.

This simple but powerful shout declared the character of the entire generation of Brazil by a simple fact. When people say "You are too brave or too stupid." That's us because, from all the military life, Brazil has a tendency to make themselves sacrifice their lives by doing suicide tasks as making the enemies concern about how to deal with people who were willing to run in the middle of the gun into a war.

In World War 2, Brazil had sent many Brazilians to war and even the Germain feared the might of Brazil by their stupid bravery. Even 3 who died fighting many German Soldiers. Smoking Snakes is a symbol of our country and it was an expression made by the news of Brazil. Prior the WW2, the meaning of Snake start smoking had the same meaning of Pigs can fly, but after WW2 the meaning exchanged... The new meaning of Smoking Snake is nows a symbol, that we will force the impossible to happen in any kind of way.

And as a patriot who always jokes about my country saying it was awful, what can I say, I love my country in the way I live, even with the corruption. But one thing I always respect and say it's true about my country... Brazil is a country with the same stupidity as bravery. Even our anthem has an important message.

"Paz no futuro e glória no passado.
Mas, se ergues da justiça a clava forte,
Verás que um filho teu não foge à luta,
Nem teme, quem te adora, a própria morte!"

(Peace in the future and Glory in the past
But, if raises from the justice the strongest club,
You will see your son will not flee from a fight,
Don't even fear, who adores you the own death.)
