Renaming Some Chapters

I've decided to do a little reorganizing in how the chapters of Selections From the Royal Canterlot Archives are named. When I first began writing the Equestrian parliament series, I had just the two chapters planned for it and then was going to move on to different standalone essays. However, when I started getting ideas for how to incorporate the events of season 9 into the Equestrian parliament setting, it grew into several more chapters. With that in mind, I've decided to name that series of essays Switching Horses Midstream, and have renamed the chapters accordingly. I still have a few ideas for more standalone essays once Switching Horses Midstream is wrapped up.
