Here's some Equestria Ninja Girls fanfics I'm thinking about.
1. Equestria Ninja Scoob: The Return of Ho Chan: (a Scooby Doo crossover.) The ghost of Ho Chan has returned and the Turtles and Rainbooms must work with Mystery Inc to solve the mystery and stop the phantom.
2. I Know What We're Going To Do Today: (a crossover with Phineas & Ferb.) Phineas and Ferb accidentally transport the Turtles, Rainbooms, and CMC to Danville and their invention blows up. So the Ninjas help them to fix it. The Rainbooms must stop Candace from busting them. The CMC help out the Fireside Girls. And the Turtles team up with Agent P to defeat Dr Doof.
3. A Ninja In Time: (based off Back to the Future and Neigh Anything.) While helping out Doctor Hooves, Mikey, Pinkie Pie, Lemon Zest, and Derpy travel back in time and meet Principal Cadence and Shining Armor when they were in high school.
4. Equestria Ninja Girls: Fast Forward: After a time travel accident, the Turtles are thrust into the year 2090, where they meet Cody and Ashley Jones, the descendants of the Jones and O'Neil families, and the Rainbolts, the descendants of the Rainbooms. The brothers face new foes, make new friends, and work together to stop a threat to the planet and figure out a way home.

best I can think of, it could turn into a sort of information control company like internet e-mail protection and things like that, wile in secret it continues its ninja traditions and have skilled spies and secret agents working for governments and other companies working to sabotage rival companies or infiltrate terrorist organisations, then there's the question, who runs the foot and how do they run it, do they follow Karai's way or will we have a future Shredder on our hands
