    New Story out now!

Hey everyone! Remember that thing I said I'd be doing a while back? Well... Here it is!

    Hey guys! What's new?

So, I haven't been here in a good long while. I got the writing itch a while back, specifically for ponies and my old Betaverse fics. I might have something in the pipeline. I've got a few questions I'd like to ask the general pony-reading audience if you don't mind. Just so I can see if my writing style should be tweaked a bit for the modern audience.

    Stardrop's Lackluster Ending

Hello everyone. I know I've been away for a while, but that's due to me deciding to finish stories before I post them to revise, edit, and alter them to give you all better stories to read. I don't feel free to do so when I post stories live. This results in me getting frustrated with how a story is shaping up and then dropping it. That wasn't a problem when I was younger, but it's become one as

Anyone know artists who do illistrations for stories?

I'm low key working on a story which I intend to complete before posting. I'm enjoying being able to go back and improve, tweak, and change things to make the best possible version of the story, and it's nice to not feel like I am bound to a strict schedule of uploads.

A metatextual analisis of "The Bureau: XCOM Declassified" to show how it fits in the series timelines

A lot of people like the rebooted XCOM series, and a lot of people also insist its lore is bad/nonexistent. This isn't true in my opinion, but is the product of the game that sets up the world for the series having been released a year after the first game in the series as a prequel, and also it sucks ass to play. The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is not a good game. At all. The story is really good,

Move complete! · 9:43pm Jun 22nd, 2021

Alright. I've manged to move, I'm settled in and doing well. I'm reasonably certain about my long-term prospects for the "not die" thing everyone seems real into these days too!

I guess there's only one thing to do... Continue that one Self-Incert fic I never wrote! (Or is it? Meep is, after all, the changeling equivalent to Josh in terms of how bucking many of us there are...)

Being moved and settled in is good not dying is better

Still in AK, I take it?

5539630

Oh ho, lucky lass!

Still, I don't remember seeing the impetus. I remember hearing that it was rough in... Fairbanks, was it? But I don't remember it prompting a move, especially so far...

5539641 TLDR;

My asshole roommate decided to just bail on 8 year of stability and living and making ourselves comfortable. It was impossible for 2 people to keep that apartment, and due to Fairbanks being a dying economy due to the oil industry being kneecapped for expansion and Alaska being an Oil State it's been dying since 2008. So, everyone was forced to move because this asshole got a wild hair up his ass that "Durrr, loyalty mean nothing. Investment mean nothing. Me go elsewhere."

So now I'm living with my editor. He had a room for rent.

Lucky withheld the 'pats. Unforgivable!! :flutterrage:

hugs Know how you feel. Had my world collapse last year.

Glad you have a place to live with someone who is at least familiar with you.

It's been 35 years, but I💖NY!

Glad to hear you are doing well. Are you in NY city or in a smaller community?

5539787
Bit personal, don't you think? :trixieshiftright:

Glad you found a new place. I remember you talking about how crappy your old place was.

5539787 I'm upstate, and 5539790, I've always had an open book policy :3

5540024
Not what I remember being told.
From what I hear, even having stuff of yours discovered by accident triggers you.

Sorry that I didn't want to see it with my own eyes. *shrug*

5540129 Correction, open book policy when polity asked.

Ey! Congrats on the long-term "not-die" plan! I do hope it all works out well for ya.

Meeps be like

then reality is like

Seriously though dear heart, I'm happy for you and hope your life and job prospects improve. Still... be careful:fluttershysad:

5541090 I have no desire to go to the start point of Megacity One XD I'm in upstate.

Can you answer a question? Why do neurotypicals insist on being wrong when I say "new york" and go "oh, in New York City" instead of realizing that if I meant NYC, I would have said so. Do... do people in general not know that New York is a state? This is part of a much bigger trend I have noticed of people insisting that words mean things other than what they mean. It's... insane. I can't figure out how you guys ever communicate successfully :c

5541146
Oh, I knew what you meant. You mentioned before being upstate, I just meant be careful in a new place.

The songs were a misfired joke

Why do neurotypicals insist on being wrong when I say "new york" and go "oh, in New York City" instead of realizing that if I meant NYC, I would have said so.

No idea. I don't talk to people for pretty much the same reason.

I can't figure out how you guys ever communicate successfully :c

I've been so unsuccessful I've given the whole endeavor up as a bad job:facehoof:

So its been a bit my good Meeps. Settled in okay, things going good?

5559764
Glad to hear it!

Also, Iron Maiden put out a new song after ten years.

One would think that a Templar would be more thematically adherent and less historically ignorant. The weebs incursion continues apace:facehoof:

Banging song and animation though
