My original account on Discord has been compromised

A friend of mine said they got their account back after it was hacked by a hacker.
That hacker sent reports to people on their friends list, including me.
The report would lead to my account getting banned within 12 hours.
They gave me the name of a certain user. I reached out to them and gave them the ticket ID that was shown on the screenshot.

Who? Like, seriously, who is 'Big Ed' and why should I waste any more energy into knowing who they are/what they've done outside of this post and my comment?
