Hello everyone. I have officially finished the first part of my rewrite for the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic series finale. I hope anyone who takes their time to check it out will enjoy what i've written so far, because it took months. But of course, feel free to provide any criticism, and be honest, because it's meant to be a fun writing exercise, and i'd like to improve in that field. Now i've gotten a chunk of the story done, it's time for this announcement. I'm going to be taking a long break from writing My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic stuff to focus on some things, like continuing a Sonic the Hedgehog concept project i'm typing up, or getting re-enchanted with the Pokémon franchise, or doing some more drawings, because I have been slacking severely on that. It's my favourite activity, and I do it less often than I should.
So, for those still expecting the next chapter of my original story, The Brilliance of a Restful Mind, sorry. That will still quite a long ways off, but don't worry, it's not abandoned. It's just coming along slowly.
Now, i'd like to take a moment to clear something up before any confusion occurs. The Brilliance of a Restful Mind is only canon to the official series finale, not to my rewrite. The End of an Era won't even have any of the concepts I introduced in that story, like cacosaurs or Toasty Blanket.
When I return to writing MLP stuff, I think I shall devote some time to that original story's fourth chapter before getting to work on The End of an Era's second part. Stay tuned. Here be Stache Hand the Clutcher, out and about!
