Overdue Update Blog · 8:00pm Jun 4th, 2021

Hello, all my patient readers. You might have noticed that I've been a little quiet lately, and there are a few reasons for that, the largest of which is that recently my drive to write has become pretty much nil lately. I am still working on writing some things, but progress is proving to be so slow that I figured it was about time I got around to updating you all on the progress of all my unfinished stories.

Gundam Build Fighters: EGs and Long Distance Soulmates are both on Hiatus from this point onward. I am still working on both right now, but again, progress has been occuring at a glacier's pace.

As for A Spark Of Life and A Rare Moonlight, sadly I have finally decided to announce both of them as Cancelled.

For A Spark Of Life, I originally wrote it prior to the airing of S9E3 "Uprooted" cause I assumed that the show would end up doing away with the Tree of Harmony entirely, what with its destruction in the episodes prior. Upon actually watching the episode... I actually really liked the episode and the ultimate conclusion of what became of the Tree of Harmony and its fledgling spirit. Thus, my desire to "correct" what I initially assumed to be an issue was quickly put out, and I haven't been motivated to work on it more since.

As for A Rare Moonlight, I really should have changed its status to Cancelled a long time ago, given that I haven't updated it in almost four years by this point. I don't know why, but the idea to work on this just kind of vanished not long after I posted the first chapter, and I haven't been able to work up the motivation to change that since.

Sorry to those who were really holding out hope for updates to both of these stories, but I've made my decision and I'm sticking with it.

I get it you have a lot of work to do, but take your time, don’t rush yourself, and take one step at a time.
