Anyone know of a good vector artist who works on comission?

Hey everyone! I'm brainstorming an idea for the Reneissance contest, and, in order to make it work, I'm thinking about making it an illustrated fic. However, I'm not great at art myself, so I'm going to need some help. A fair amount of it.

In my head, most of the illustrations would be talking-head reaction shots, like the sort we saw in "Saddle Row Review." That's why I want to find a vector artist: I feel like it would be easy, with a properly-rigged model, to take lots of slightly-different shots quickly, with only minor changes in expression, etc. (I'm probably off-base, but that's the idea).

At present, I'm envisioning a couple dozen reaction shots with a cast of nine or ten models (a slightly-modified mane 6, a couple other background ponies, and one or two from-scratch ponies). I'm not exactly flush with bits at the moment, but again, I'm hoping that I can get a relatively large number of illustrations with slight changes

Hm. I follow a couple of people on deviantArt that do vectors. I don't know if they do commissions, but why don't you ask these folks?
