With my quest/race to get a Rainbow S on all of Freedom Planet 2's stages, my creativity lit up like a bonfire again, and I started crafting an alternate ending of sorts for the past week.
That story is now complete, and posted in its entirety over on AO3.
I seriously hope this video looks as impressive as it felt.

This week, Misty forces her friends to play a D&D campaign with a DM who sounds like she's bored out of her mind.
Pretty decent this week.

Have to save the last one for tomorrow after work, then it's time to 100% Freedom Planet 2, something I really didn't think I'd pull off.
A couple friends of mine have been introducing me to Steven Universe.
It's pretty good.

It's awesome for sure. But when the heavy stuff about Rose that I can't mention because spoilers unless you already know, comes out in the next seasons and movie, don't blame her too much, It's all Grandma's fault everything even happened and it snowballed massively into the mess that is the bad decisions made throughout the past 6000 years to present day. That some people hate on her irrationally without even considering the WHY when anyone paying attention can tell.
Other than that check out the craziness that is Steven AUniverse on Tapas. It is LIT but I recommend finishing season 3-4 before getting to season 2 of the comic as stuff mentioned later in the show gets dropped early due to the fact that a change in the timeline causes different reactions based on different perspectives. Like Steven having a different mother, doesn't know he's Half Gem and the identity of his mother to the Crystal Gems, not knowing hybrids are possible, pull a "Bismuth" on him believing he tricked them to gain their trust til events later convince them otherwise on intentions. That's an EP 100 thing btw if you don't know who she is.
Enjoy the show while you can because the next ones are going to be a wild rollercoaster ride.

Just keep watching, it gets better. There's 5 seasons of it. Then watch the movie and the epilogue miniseries. Then if you so desire, either play through all three Steven Universe "Light" games (Attack the Light, Save the Light, and Unleash the Light) or watch playthrough videos of those games on YouTube (and there's lots of them) as the games are considered level 2 canon.
