Ight so my bud wants to find this cringe af youtube poop that we got shitfaced to and we can't find it anymore. $3 paypal to the person with the right video. He thinks it was deleted, but I know some of you download literally everything so if you got it, I got the fat stacks o cash.

That hits all the boxes, I suppose, but that's not quite it. I recall it had Hank Hill in it also.
I've tried looking for that video several times over the last few years, something about it was awesome, it has indeed been deleted from every place I've checked. It followed EQD Vinyl Scratch grooving down the sidewalk from the Rainbow Rocks trailer while various CoD memes played, and ended with Principal Celestia taking her headphones away and the music going quiet only for Vinyl to pull out some earbuds and the music dropped. Included Hank Hill doing the "Turn down for hwhat?" line. I think it was two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half minutes long.

Hey, partial update at least. The song for the video was called "Turn Down For What [Mo Butt Propane Remix] [Original by DJ Snake Ft. Li'l Jon]". The original Soundcloud link for the song has been deleted, but was re-uploaded. The song itself sans memes and sound effects is apparently still up as well, although Youtube's algorithm seems to hate it.
Nothing a cursory DuckDuckGo can surface, I'm afraid... I'll repost in one of my servers to see if any of my archiver friends might have it
