The last research paper I worked on has published at last.

The process is REALLY slow. I finished all my work on this 3 years ago.

This one uses a lot of my histology and in-situ hybridization with RNAscope results.

But no more science for me. Now I build houses and driveways... and rip them apart too! It's a sort of yin-yang thing I've got going here.

A comedic scene from a new Clouseua story I'm fiddling with...

I just came up with this, and imagining Peter Sellers delivering the line had me laughing for 5 minutes straight.

Clouseau, "For you see, the murderer was... the bullet!"

    Guy in room, "The bullet?"

Clouseau, "Of course, no one would suspect the bullet of firing itself!"

Woman in room, "But that... that's madness!"

THE PIRATE KING BREAKS THE NETFLIX ANIME ADAPTATION CURSE!!!

Only the Pirate King could do it...

It's as good as possible. You cannot do such a goofy anime any better than this, and it's GREAT! I friggin LOVED it.

Last call for Bronycon items up on Ebay!

I'll be delisting all remaining MLP items Sept 1st to focus entirely on selling my huge stash of collectible magazines, which take up vastly more space than the MLP items. Everything here fits into a single flat box I can pick up with one hand. The magazines... weigh over 700 lbs total. Sooooo, kinda makes sense to deal with those ASAP!

The long lion video. · 7:10pm May 23rd, 2021

I finally got around to converting the bigger video of my last trip to Lujan Zoo, and Allan the lion. His two sons were in there as well. You can see that Allan really likes being petted. At one point he shifted to lean against me and I could really feel how massive he was. Such a big snuggly lion!

This is only about 1/4 of the total time I spent with him, but other videos were rather all over the place as my camera person moved too much. Shaky-cam is aggravating. STOP DOING IT, HOLLYWOOD!!

The keeper was explaining all about them to me, even though I knew the lions already since 2010, and saw the young ones grow from cubs. Different guy than the previous 2 times I was there. I just played along since it's his job. Allan knew who I was. ;3

There are several other long clips I have that I need to convert... and maybe in the next century I'll get around to it. XD

Large kitty

5523908 Large and cuddly kitty. :3

Ah, nice. :)

Glad you had fun

5581407 Yes, a wonderful time. Those who've watched Kevin Richardson know that lions can be incredibly affectionate, and how each is very individual. They are exceedingly strong, and of course always dangerous... but living life totally avoiding all danger leads to a civilization too afraid to leave their basements. That's not life. That's submission to imprisonment.

No fear.
