I was having a discussion on Discord with one of my friends, and we came to a conclusion about the EQG Main 7.
Sunset would be the easiest to date, as she seems to be the most well rounded, to me and my friend at least. The others are nice, and are perfect for people into them, but, for me and my friend, they have negative qualities.
Twilight: Will want to spend most time studying, may correct you often
Rarity: Will always want you looking your best, possibility of always wanting fancy stuff
Rainbow Dash: Will always want to do sport related things, doesn't like "mushy" stuff
Fluttershy: Will always let you choose things, even to her own detriment, may get agressive at points
Applejack: Will always want to work, or focus on family, may argue alot due to stubborness
Pinkie Pie: Will always try to make things a party, may not he able to handle serious talks.
Obviously, they all have good qualities too, and Sunset has some bad ones as well. What Inam saying is, to me, Sunset is most date-able because she seems to lack any of the extreme quirks the others have.
I'll have to disagree. The others are stereotypes; Sunset is the most relaistic to a human being, and it's because of this depth she will be the most difficult to impress, let alone date.

That does make sense in a way. To me, however, that actually makes her easier to date as it makes her easier to approach, as you wouldn't have to worry about making a specific stereotype happy.

Easier to approch and befriend? Sure. Easier to date? That's another matter. As she's the most realistic, the length of time to reach dating level would take the longest, arguably.

2. You do raise a valid point, I suppose the way I worded things was a bit off too. I was more refering to the possibilty of dating to last without the quirks and stereotypes getting annoying. If a person truely loves another, annoying habits won't deter them, but, as a person who's mind is VERY sensative to random and annoying things, Sunset seems like she would be better in the long run in my opinion, even if it would take longer to get there.
