SubscribeStar bois

I try not to be very vocal on my opinions of a lot of things. I just don't think it's fair to subject my follower to things that I, myself, wouldn't want to see in my feed.

Needless to say, when Fimfiction announced they were moving to SubscribeStar I was THE SECOND PERSON to sign up. And my friend, the first person to join, has a little challenge for everyone.

I guess you could say this is a signal boost.

P.S. I've already made a preliminary update for Fimfiction Advanced. I'll probably make a separate blog for that if/when I get to finishing off my planned features for it.

Wait, I never saw any announcement about this?

...Looking at their patreon page it says it's "under review," and my little "gold patreon supporter" button seems to have vanished, so I guess SOMETHING must have happened.

I don't have a subscribestar account, and I don't know anybody who's on subscribestar that I want to support other than FiMFic, and it feels like a hassle to make a whole new account to support just one website. But if they start throwing a million ads all over my page again once the month is up, I might have to consider it.

Yikes.

Last time I checked the page was still up even after knighty's announcement. Patreon integration on fimfic was removed the same time knighty added the Subs integration, so your badge is gone, but they do still see you as a subscriber in the system.

I'm not sure what will happen when the patreon page goes away completely though.
