Hello everyone!
I'm still here. The last three weeks have been intense—my old team at work was dismissed by the contractor company leaving myself and another team leader to train a brand new, bushy-tailed gang of eager-but-inexperienced call center guys who had no idea what they were getting into. Thankfully I didn't lose my job... exactly...
I had already been handpicked for a position directly with the company which is in all ways possible much better than what I had. However this transition has involved a lot of work and quite honestly I have been so tired by the end of it that new chapters of anything were not really coming together.
But that's over! And now, I can relax for the next week. I have already reached out to some friends to write chapters for Isekai, and... stress-permitting, other stories on my own.
Guys. This is a really good thing for me and my family, so even though it put some stress and impacted my ability to be online a little without going crazy, the future seems bright.

From my experience, any time management undergoes a big change, you should watch your back. I'm not saying anything will happen, but you should keep your resume/CV updated. Actually, that's a good thing to do every once in a while, even if you're comfortable where you are.
Oh yeah, that's a thing.
Sympathies for the call center woes. I've got a kinda-sorta version of that, with a certain amount of "Now go to the field and figure out just how in the world they managed to screw this up so you can actually call it in to HP/Dell" Today was a "Travel to an office and find out that the people there can't tell me over the phone what lights are lit on their device correctly."

Well, I was wandering why there hasn't been any updates. I hope things lighten up for you soon. Though that's for selfish reasons as I want to read another chapter of Sunset's Isekai.
