Started exercising again yesterday. · 3:08pm May 7th, 2021

Gonna have just a little less time each day for gaming and writing.

I stepped on a scale for the first time in four years, and was greeted with a robust 285 pounds.

I know that's not super insane because of my height (I'm 6'4), but I do want to drop a good portion of that, now that I'm divorcing a depressed anarcho commie who was attracted to big bellies and ran 2000 miles to be with a married tub of lard.

Walked 1.7 miles yesterday, and I'd like to do at least 3 today, with a considerable change in diet. Had a glass of water for breakfast and a salad for lunch.

Everything starts with a first step!

Good luck

Those first steps are the hardest but you have to keep walking with those steps. Been working on losing weight myself. Been to the gym twice this week. Gonna try make it a 3-4 time a week thing. Keep working hard, friend.

I wish you luck, man. I hope you have success.

My diet own strategy amounted to eating normal portions at meals and absolutely no snacking throughout the day. I was burning off about a pound every day.

I'm cutting out soda and am doing more water. We'll see how far that gets me.
