No. There have been dozens and dozens of books released by the fandom. Never heard of any problem Hasbro has had. I think it's the same thing as vendor halls at cons, and they make thousands off of copyrighted material. If Hasbro tells me to stop, I'll remove it, but I highly doubt it. This is book #3, after all.
