OP Ponies Weakness? · 10:24pm Apr 28th, 2021
You know how I make ponies very overpowered to hell in a lot of my stories? Immortal, immune to bullets/nukes, grow bigger and stronger, or whatever.
But they have two major weaknesses in many of my stories. Belly rubs and pets from a mere human can defeat them and leave them in a helpless state. What do you think of these weaknesses? You don't defeat an OP Pony with force if you found yourself in a Bendyfic MLP world/universe, you have to use love and affection to make them non-hostile to you. Even if your petting and belly rubs makes them stronger, it will at least pacify them to be friendly towards you.
Remember that even the most powerful characters are still characters, and appeal to that if all else fails. Superman's moral standards cost him more victories than Kryptonite.
It is funny and fitting, but not my style. I like stories where the contrast of the wholesomeness of ponies and the violence of something else clash, and usually the latter wins physically

i mean, that one possible weakness could be the reliance on food.
Like, in the original dragonball, goku was superstrong, but he had to eat several times more than a human would, to fuel that strength.
And if ponies have to eat, they cant just summon food with magic, (at least if magic is supposed to be scientifically possible) as while its possible to create matter with magic, the amount of mp needed to create food, would be greater, than the amount of mp you gain from eating it. which is why the unicorns demanded food from the earth ponies in the show.
