Paul sat alone outside, ignoring the stinging tears in his eyes as he silently watched the rain fall.
Why’d he even think of dating his own flesh and blood in the first place? If said flesh and blood was gonna end up sleeping with their own uncle?
He sighed heavily, hanging his head and hissing through his teeth.
“...Wanna talk, kid?”
Paul looked to his left, seeing a familiar changeling sitting a few feet away from him, probably to give him space.
“...What do you want?”
“Long story short, I heard about what happened with Berry.”
“Of course you did.”
“Hey, I’m here if you wanna properly discuss this whole thing and vent out your emotions, but if you want to be alone for a while longer, that’s cool too.”
Paul thought for a moment. “Actually... I could use some company.”
