Maybe unlikely, All of these fanfics in the series are inspired by some Mane 6/7 second-person authors. I already read some of their fanfics after the Mane 6/7. Most just either go with other characters or added a fun sequel that all of them are together having fun. It's all just up to the author what he's going to do after the series, but I'm guessing it's either those two that I mentioned previously.

He mentioned it in his first entry in the first chapter. Natedogg, SADDIE, Nordryd, LightningSword, Israel Yabuki and Harms Way, etc. I didn't manage to find Natedogg nor Saddie's works, or even their user page, maybe either they change their usernames, deleted their stories on Reader x Mane 7 (which can only be accessed in Fimfetch if that's the case), or most unlikely, banned.
The fanfics? I don't know, though here are some of the mentioned author's fanfics' first entries as I guess. (Just search the others, I don't want to add some NSFW links (even if it's in Fimfiction))
