Hi all,
I managed to churn out the rest of chapter 3 today. It's actually quite interesting comparing my notes on how I want the chapters to go with how they end up! Rusty and Dewdrop wound up in a slightly different place than I had intended, but I think it's going to make more sense once they start moving again.
I'm having quite a bit of fun developing Rusty as an asshole character. Dew is still finding her voice, but I think she'll be a pretty good foil for him once everything is settled.
I'll be starting chapter 4 tomorrow. Like I said earlier, I want to make significant progress on 4 before I post 3. But barring a major rewrite, 3 should be up in a few days.
Oh, and we get to say hello to an old friend. Lot of fun writing that bit too.
